Current processing times:

Made to order items: All custom jewelry is made to order by myself and shipped 7-10 business days after your order is placed. I am a one woman operation, and I make everything from the ear wires to the jump rings to stamping and wrapping every package! Life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple of extra days to get your orders out. I do try my best to get custom orders out within 1-2 days after completion. 

All of the pieces on my site are one of a kind items, and ready to ship....and will ship the next business day after your order! 💙

S T A N D A R D S H I P P I N G 

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.

I offer:

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders over $75 💙(First Class- delivered within the US in 5-10 business days. While the USPS delays are happening) 

Priority: delivered within 2-4 business days. (It’s usually 2-3 days)

International Shipping: Shipping and all Customs or Tariffs paid by Customer...pricing varies.

Shipping is all handled by our carriers, I do not get in a truck and physically deliver your items, therefore I have no say or control over how quickly they may get to you during a high volume season. Once your items have shipped, please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume as well. 

Please note by choosing Priority shipping orders (2-4 day) do NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe still applies to your order. 

I can not refund your order or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above mentioned re: expedited shipping. 

L O S T / S T O L E N P A C K A G E S

Once your package leaves my studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

if your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.  Here’s some tips when you find yourself in this situation:

-check with your neighbors! Sometimes packages get dropped off at the wrong house

-sometimes USPS pre scans packages before they arrive, give it a couple days and see if it shows up!

-If the above steps have been checked off and it says your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, since you’re on the receiving side, you will have to open a claim with your local post office.

All international customers are responsible to pay any customs or taxes that your country requires.
